Marilena Christodorescu has extensive experience teaching ESL/EFL in various settings: elementary through high school, adult, college and university levels, with international and resident ESL students.  She has taught ESL in the ESL Service Courses at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), at Santa Monica City College, Mission College, and at Moorpark College in California.  Overseas she has held faculty positions in Romania and at the University of Southampton, Great Britain, as a British Council scholarship recipient.  She has taught integrated-skills courses, as well as academic writing, reading and literature classes.  She holds a California Teaching Credential and an ESL Certificate from UCLA.
