Deacon Milton Rosenberg was ordained as Permanent Deacon for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in June, 1999. He serves at Santa Clara Church in Oxnard, California.Prior to obtaining his M.S. degree in counseling, Deacon Rosenberg was a practicing Certified Public Accountant.

While obtaining his Masters degree, he served as an Intern at Veterans Psychiatric Hospital, Brentwood and Northridge Psychiatry at Northridge Hospital.  Since obtaining his Masters degree, he has worked as an Out-Patient Coordinator at Golden State Community Mental Health Center, Lake View Terrace, California (1971-1976) and as a Senior Counselor for Kaiser Permanente, Southern California, specializing in Addiction Medicine (1976-1996). He received advanced training at the Los Angeles Gestalt Center in 1971-1974, and has been a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1975. Deacon Rosenberg founded the Addiction Medicine Clinic in Inglewood, California in 1976. He was involved with Family Services of America, attending Seminars at Asilomar, in Pacific Grove, California from 1972 to 1995 and was a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and National Association for Rehabilitation Counselors. He has studied at Azusa Pacific University and California Family Study Center, Advanced Graduate Studies in Family Therapy.
